I've spent years helping people—and continue to help them—examine their thinking, understand the factors influencing their decisions, take accountability for their choices, break negative cycles, and develop healthier ways of approaching life.

That's the work I do—whether I'm directing a court diversion program I created, coaching individuals through personal development, or helping organizations evaluate their community impact.

I do this because I've seen what transformation can accomplish, both in others and in myself. Oftentimes, people learn best from someone who has been there, done that, and overcome it.

I was one of those people. I've changed the course of my own life. And when someone else chooses to change the course of theirs, just as I did, the positive effects can reach far beyond what any of us can imagine.
